Hello Red Crosser!

 

My name is Andrew Kim, the President of the Cerritos High School Red Cross Club and I am glad that you have chose to join us!

 

Every Red Crosser you meet will always have a Red Cross Story. My Red Cross story starts out just like you, as a youth volunteer in a club. Since then, I have responded to disasters, taught First Aid/CPR, coordinated blood drives, and now leading my very own group of volunteers! I am so happy that your are taking on this initiative and I know you'll become an integral part of our team. The need for driven volunteers is essential to the Red Cross Mission and my goal throughout the year will be to show you guys the depth of our impact and why it's so essential an organization like the Red Cross responds to emergencies.

 

This is the start of your Red Cross journey. You'll be surrounded by so many great people that you will come to learn and grow. I encourage you to take every opportunity as it comes because you never know when it will come back. That is how I came to know the Red Cross and now I know I am a Red Crosser for life!
